Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. Please be punctual.

📋Required Instructions

• Respect for departure time : Please arrive at the pick-up location 15 minutes prior to departure.
• WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ⚖️ : Skydiving may have weight restrictions. Please check the weight requirements before booking.
• Clothing 👕 : We recommend comfortable walking shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather. Clothing or footwear not suitable for skydiving may be restricted.
• Health Condition 🏥 : If you have any specific health conditions such as heart disease, respiratory disease, or high blood pressure, please consult with your doctor before participating.
• No drinking 🚫 : Please refrain from drinking alcohol the day before and on the day of skydiving.
• 📱 Be careful with your personal belongings : Keep your valuables and personal belongings safe. There is a risk of losing them during skydiving.

INSURANCE INCLUDED 🛡️ : Participants are provided with mandatory personal accident insurance from the Australian Skydiving Association.

💸Cancellation and Refund Policy
48 hours prior to reservation: If you cancel 48 hours prior to the reservation date, you will receive a full refund.
Within 48 hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of the reservation date, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Weather conditions 🌧️
If your skydive is cancelled due to bad weather or safety reasons, you can receive a full refund or rebook for a different date.
Same-day cancellation due to customer circumstances 🚫
There are no refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Exceptions
If you have special reasons, such as health reasons, you may be able to receive a partial refund by submitting medical documentation.
