  • If you cancel your booking 3 to 6 days before the start of the trip, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel your booking 2 days or less before the start of the trip, no refund will be provided.

Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time. If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund.

Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

5. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. We are not liable for any issues arising from your failure to obtain the required travel documents.
