Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• 50% of the travel cost if cancelled up to 7 days before departure
• No refunds for cancellations made 7 days or less before departure
  

Emergency Refunds:

• Refunds may be granted if you have documentation of injury, illness, hospitalization or death prior to departure.
• Documents must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.

Minimum number of people:

• If the minimum number of participants is not met, the trip may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to departure with a full refund.
